About Me
MEET THE COACH!

Over a decade, I've spent my professional life as a marketer. In this job, I was exposed to great companies and brands. I'm thankful for the opportunity working across Asia Pacific and Middle East region where I met great leaders and mentors. As a leader myself, I'm so proud to see my team grow. I truly embrace the experience going through each milestone of my career path, transitioning from individual contributor to people leader , then from managing single market portfolio to multiple countries. It was a like a dream come true. A bright career that I've dreamt of.

But, I came to one revelation that career transition wasn't easy. Moving from one position to the others was enriching experience yet being stretched, just like its literal definition, it was uncomfortable. The whole process made me aware when to say "I want to achieve more and more", and when to say "I'm just human, and I have limit".

All those reflection makes me a strong believer that every career path needs a balance between joy and adversity

And, here I am. I choose to be a coach to help millennials out there going through career transitions, and finding their unique path to grow.
